Ruby Sunset Villa is in the Ruby neighborhood of Noord, on the north end of the island — a quiet residential street about five minutes from Palm Beach.
You’ll receive the exact address and your entry code from Maricarmen after booking. All doors use coded entry, so there are no keys to pick up or return.
From the airport
Queen Beatrix International Airport is roughly a 20–25 minute drive. Most guests rent a car, and several local agencies will meet you at the airport with your vehicle — often at better rates than the international counters. Maricarmen can point you to the ones our guests have had good experiences with.
A car is worth having here. The villa is residential, and while everything is close, it’s not walkable.

What’s nearby
Palm Beach is the island’s liveliest stretch — high-rise hotels, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and water sports, all along a wide sweep of white sand. Five to seven minutes from the villa, and the easiest choice for an evening out.
Eagle Beach is regularly ranked among the top beaches in the world — broad, uncrowded, and framed by the iconic divi-divi trees. About ten minutes away, and a favorite for a quieter beach day.
Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina are the island’s best easy snorkeling — calm, clear water right off the shore. Both are a short drive north. Bring your own gear; we don’t stock snorkeling equipment. Arashi Beach sits on the northwest tip near the California Lighthouse.
Oranjestad is the island’s capital and cruise port — a colorful downtown on the water with shops, restaurants, and Dutch-Caribbean architecture. About fifteen minutes away, and worth an afternoon.
Groceries are close by. Several markets sit on the north side of the island, including larger stores like Ling & Sons and Super Food, roughly five to ten minutes from the villa.
